Russel and emily where completely dynamite. They dont inundate with an apt your not looking if u tell them what you want and what your willing to soend no better person to deal with than russell. Got to give emily credit shes never in rush..thanks guys ....never will i use another company. They add a petsonal touch

It was a breeze working with Red Sparrow to find my new, spacious one bedroom apartment in Queens. Russell responded to my inquiry immediately. He explained that Eric managed Queens viewings and he would be contacting me to arrange a time for me to view. Eric called me within minutes. He arranged a time that was convenient for me to view the apartments, texted me to confirm (I prefer texting), and when he showed me the apartment, I LOVED it. It was exactly as shown in the picture. Eric was very respectful towards me, making sure that I did not feel uncomfortable (in an empty apartment, as a single lady)--he stood by the front door with it ajar. He encouraged me to look around the whole apartment and check out the closets, etc. while he stood in one place. He did not put any pressure on me and answered all of my questions--contacting Russell to clarify anything uncertain. Eric and Russell made applying for the apartment and signing the lease very easy and I got my keys and cute promotional goodies from Red Sparrow the day I signed. Thank you, Red Sparrow, for helping me secure a reasonably priced large apartment in a nice building in a timely fashion!! I will absolutely recommend Red Sparrow to others!!
