Marc is a successful and dedicated sales professional, specializing in commercial and residential real estate, and experienced in leasing and selling commercial real estate as well as dealing with all the complexities of real estate transactions. He has produced superior results through a unique combination of sound business sense, knowledge of the marketplace, a diligent work ethic and strength as a team player. Marc entered the real estate business in 1993 as a sales associate, learning all aspects of the business from canvassing to listing, marketing, selling and closing.
He attended executive training at the John Anthony Group where he achieved a comprehensive understanding of the intimacies of real estate transactions. He has specialized in listing and selling commercial products and financing, mainly in the New York area. In 2011 Marc established an independent real estate commercial sales business, focusing on distressed real estate and financing, and working with senior marketing executives to successfully market their properties, as well as providing them with insurance products, renting apartments and staging apartments for viewing.
