Executive Real Estate Sales Liaison – New York, NY Executive Real Estate Sales Liaison needed for Red Sparrow Realty, a rapidly growing real estate firm. We are seeking a highly motivated, talented individual with real-world experience along with the ability to learn quickly and adapt to a demanding work environment. This is an excellent opportunity to gain an understanding of the inner workings of a real estate brokerage.
Duties include but not limited to:
- Call and book appointments with FSBO’s (For Sale By Owner) and FRBO's (For Rent By Owner)
- Send hand written communications to FSBO’s and FRBO's
- Manage correspondence, build rapport with FSBO's & FRBO's
- Book appointments with FSBO’s and FRBO's
- When directed, advertise open sales listings using a digital platform to solicit buyer interest
- Efficient, flexible, responsible, focused, able to follow instructions and able to multi-task.
- Working knowledge of web-based applications such as On-Line Residential (OLR) and StreetEasy
- Well-versed in Microsoft Office applications and email (preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must have clear handwriting
- Must have pleasant telephone voice and personality, familiar with telephone etiquette and personality
- Must be resourceful, well organized, highly dependable and detail oriented
- Highly motivated, committed, dedicated individual who shows initiative, drive for success and willingness to learn.
