He works diligently, is sharp, and ensures that his client is over-prepared for an application, so they are in the best position possible for obtaining their apartment. He possesses many networking contacts at other firms, which makes co-brokering with other brokers a breeze and he works well with them. I had an extreme time constraint and was relocating from across the country. Not only did Russell find me an apartment in time, he worked hard to get me in early, and it is a nice apartment. I truly didn't think it would be possible given my time frame and budget, but he made it happen and I truly could not be more appreciative for his work. It was my first time moving to a condo in New York City. Previously, I never filled out a board package. Russell Dinstein helped me with my condo sublet. He walked me through the process from beginning to end. He initially showed me the space to see if I liked it and then met me again to do a walk through so I could measure and check out a few things. He sent a welcome letter to make the move in transition especially easier. Aside from answering my questions throughout he continued to be helpful after move in. Searching for apartments and applying is really stressful but Russell got us through the application process quickly. We really appreciated Red Sparrow guiding us through that. Russell also gave us suggestions about getting our new air conditioner installed which made the whole process so much easier.

We were happy with each apartment she showed us, because she listened to our requirements and didn''t try to sneak in places that were out of our price range or otherwise that we wouldn''t like.
